PROCUREMENT MANAGER (OEM)

Reporting to the Head of OEM Team, the successful candidate assumes the following key roles:

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for any procurement exercise that the company may be engage in and participate as the key point of contact with OEM on negotiations
Develop a network with various contacts in OEM to position the company as a top-tier leasing company.
Support and coordinate with other departments on various OEM matters
Regularly share market insights, market intelligence and trends with key stakeholders across all business functions
Build and utilize OEM contacts and identify near or long-term aircraft capex opportunities and provide any leads in support of EVP Procurement
To work with Procurement Pricing Team on contractual pricing matters

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 years relevant experience in a Technical, Procurement or Aircraft Project role or in a similar capacity
Able to think strategically, highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and numerical skills
Superior attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to navigate and manage OEM contracts
Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence stakeholders of all levels
Highly driven with a strong commitment to deliver quality work
Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced working environment and travel at short notice
