HR BUSINESS PARTNER & TALENT ACQUISITION
The ideal candidate will partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating human resource policies, programs and practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Partner
- Understand the challenges the Company faces and help to address the talent needs
- Work at all levels of the HR “stack” — strategic, operational, and tactical, influence effectively across all levels of a company, and navigate through ambiguity
- Collaborate with the HR team and senior management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
- Champion and drive employee engagement to deliver top business results
- Develop strategies and intervention plans for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
- Analyze and interpret employee data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions
- Provide regular reports to update Senior Management on HR initiatives and operations
- Talent Acquisition
- Plan and implement effective talent acquisition strategy for the Company
- End to end recruitment for all business groups globally from developing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, approval and onboarding
- Develop recruitment procedures and set recruitment standards
- Track recruitment closure rates
- Explore and expand internal recruitment platforms and reduce reliance on external search assistance
- Representing the Company at job fairs and recruiting events, where applicable
- Build potential candidate pool in anticipation of Company’s hiring plans
- Keep abreast of the industry news that may impact the availability of the talent pool
- Projects
- Provide HR advisory, anticipate and meet the HR needs of the respective Department
- Assist and actively supports ad hoc business projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university
- At least 7 years of experience in HR field, focusing on business partnering and/or talent acquisition, preferably in aviation or aviation leasing industry. Global or regional HR experience would be an added advantage
- Well versed in Singapore employment laws, statutory guidelines and industry best HR practices across jurisdictions
- Familiar with reporting or data analytic tool to conduct past and predictive analysis
- Creative problem solver with the ability to handle multiple complex issues
- Effective communicator with strong inter-personal skills. Able to influence and manage employees of all levels
- Able to work independently, perform well under pressure and thrive in a face-pace and dynamic work environment.
