DEPUTY HEAD, PRICING & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT (SINGAPORE)


Reporting to the Head of Pricing & Portfolio Management, the role encompasses the following:

  • Oversee the aircraft pricing team that provides new and used aircraft lease placement, aircraft sales and purchase analysis, and supports lease restructuring and enforcement action with data and analysis as required;

  • Review pricing runs for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner, which includes timely portfolio evaluation exercise and reporting;

  • Oversee the portfolio management team to ensure all contractual obligations for owned and managed aircraft leases are correctly adhered to by the Company and lessees;

  • Interface with managed aircraft customers and ABS boards and investors on any relevant queries and appropriate actions, and ensure the Company adheres to all its obligations under servicing agreements;

  • Regular reporting of managed aircraft vehicles, which includes evaluate, analyse and recommend transactions for managed aircraft to the Management;

  • Provide support for Board, Management Committee and other approval papers for lease placement and sale transactions, ensuring final documentation for all lease placements accord with approval papers and portfolio management policies & procedures;

  • Manage the teams ensuring performance of all team members are achieved against set targets; with regular performance coaching and feedback with team members;

  • Conduct weekly team meetings to ensure alignment of priorities, ensure strict adherence to department policies and procedures;

  • Propose and develop departmental process improvements and automation;

  • Other ad hoc company level projects.

The suitable candidate is expected to possess a degree in business management, economics or other finance related study with at least 10 years relevant experience at Management level.  Candidate with investment and asset management experience in MNCs or banks is preferred. You will need to be a proven leader with strong organizational leadership competencies, and possess strategic agility, decision making quality and innovation management.  Technical and functional skills in aircraft financial modelling and portfolio management would be an advantage.
